To be considered for tenancy you must either:

  • Provide proof of employment and a copy of P60 if employed

  • Provide a copy of Self Assessment if self employed

  • Provide proof of benefits if claiming benefits. This paperwork must be no more than 30 days old.

 

Before occupancy, we require:

  • Deposit

  • 1 Calendar Month’s Rent

  • 2 Forms of ID e.g. passport, biometric residency card, birth certificate, driving licence
