Report a Maintenance Issue
Urgent Repairs
In the event of a genuine emergency outside of office hours, please contact our office on 01502 574688 for details of an out of hours emergency number. Emergency repairs include those that cause immediate risk to the safety, security and health of a tenant, the general public or property. You must inform the Landlord immediately of any outbreak of fire or burglary.
Non Urgent Repairs
If you have a non urgent minor repair or problem with your property that needs attention, please complete the Maintenance Report Form. Alternatively, please call the office on 01502 574688 during office hours to report your problem.
We aim to deal with all maintenance issues as promptly as possible. However, if you have not heard from us within 7 days, please contact the office on 01502 574688 or email office@taylor-properties.co.uk.
Please note that if as a consequence of your mis-use or delay in reporting a problem, or when a contractor attends no issue is identified, it may be considered that you could be liable for the contractor’s charge.
